How do I earn points?
You can start earning points by signing up. Earn points with every purchase made on Rastah products.
What can I redeem points for?
Redeem your points for rewards at a rate of 50 points per dollar.
How long will my points last?
Points expire on a rolling basis every 365 days
Can I backlog my points if I've just signed up?
Yes, if you want to backlog your points, please email us at help@rastah.co, and we'll add them to your account. You can backlog up to 1 year's worth of points.
How do I qualify for VIP Tiers?
Qualify for different VIP tiers based on your annual spending (January 1st to December 31st)
Why should I care about reaching a higher VIP tier?
Higher VIP tiers unlock exclusive perks tailored for each tier level.
How long does my tier membership last?
Qualify for a tier, retain it for the next calendar year. To keep the tier for the following year, meet the minimum spend again. For example, if you achieve Gold tier status in 2023, it remains valid until December 2024. To maintain this status for the next year (2025), you'll need to meet the Gold tier spending requirement again in the 2024 calendar year and so on.
What is the Archive Room, and who can access it?
The Archive Room is a collection housing sold-out pieces not available on the website. It's exclusively accessible for purchase to Gold tier and above members.
